Job Description

RPA Controller

RPA Controller supports and administers the day to day running of automation processes in the live environment. Is responsible to schedule and run processes, ensure the stability of the environment, investigate any issues in the live processes, and raise change requests or support calls where required.

• Monitoring of bots deployed in the Production environment to ensure smooth running of processes and utilization.
• Driving the resolution of the issues related to bots by the engagement of developers & SMEs. Act as the SPOC for the delivery teams when it comes to the issues ensuring effective communication.
• Collaborate with the development team on software related issues, suggest improvements to establish a robust automation environment including:

• Document processes that serve as requirements for the Development team.
• Clarify business requirements and business scenarios.
• Perform UAT testing of automation developed.
• Deploy automation, provide training, and facilitate adoption across teams.
• Support the delivery teams with exception handling, including training as required.
• Analyze and actively take steps to reduce exceptions encountered.

Person Specification

• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of business processes, and capable of analyzing the process
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good inter-personal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
