Job Description

Requirements:

• We have already shortlisted a few resumes and will finalize one or two resources from these shortlisted candidates.
• We prefer the manpower to be located remotely, either in Chennai or Bangalore.
• We require the placement consultancy to retain the manpower in their account for one year.
• This arrangement may be extended, or we may onboard them directly to Fugro based on the forecast for our automation team.
• The CTC for the resources will be fixed from our end, forecasting future direct recruitment at Fugro.

Clarifications Required:

• What is the additional cost the consultancy will charge for holding the manpower in their account?
• The consultancy must handle insurance, PF, and other benefits on behalf of the resources. Since they are key resources for Fugro, we aim to retain them long-term until our scope is achieved.
• What is the additional cost for night shifts? (We assume transport charges will not apply as the resources will be placed remotely.)
• The consultancy should not be involved in day-to-day operations, as this will be entirely managed by us.
