Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360), along with solid knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, and Web Services integration. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement automation solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere / A360. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows. Integrate bots with SQL databases, SharePoint, and Web Services to enable seamless data flow. Monitor and maintain deployed bots, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Prepare technical documentation including process design documents, solution design documents, and operational manuals. Ensure automations follow best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Provide support for production deployments and post-implementation activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, preferably with Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360). Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, queries, and database integration. Experience with SharePoint integration and document management. Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) for system integration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
