Job Description

:

We are seeking a talented and motivated RPA / APA Developer to join our organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions that leverage both traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Advanced Process Automation (APA) capabilities.You will work with leading automation platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, and Microsoft AI Builder to streamline complex business workflows by integrating automation, artificial intelligence, and human-in-the-loop interactions.Key Responsibilities:

Work with teams to analyse and document business processes and identify automation opportunities across departments. Design and implement

APA workflows

that combine RPA with AI/ML tools such as OCR, NLP, sentiment analysis, predictive analytics, etc. Develop automated solutions using

Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop)

,

UiPath

, and

Azure Logic Apps

to optimize and orchestrate business processes. Integrate automation solutions with

third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services

to build intelligent automation systems. Build and deploy

AI models using Microsoft AI Builder

or similar platforms for document understanding, form processing, classification, and more. Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve bots and APA workflows for reliability and scalability. Ensure that automation solutions adhere to governance, compliance, and security standards. Provide clear documentation and training for end-users and stakeholders.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of work experience in automation development. Hands-on experience with

RPA tools

like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Strong experience with

APA tools

such as

Microsoft Power Automate

,

AI Builder

,

Power Apps

, or

Azure Logic Apps

. Understanding of

AI/ML concepts

,

cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

,

API integration

, and

workflow orchestration

. Good programming/scripting knowledge in

Python, JavaScript, or VB.NET

is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Power Platform or UiPath Certifications Experience with low-code/no-code platforms Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), chatbots, or virtual assistants
