Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Guide and motivate the sales team with product knowledge, market trends, and customer engagement tips.
Monitor the progress of the monthly targets and KPIs for the team.
Offer support and guidance to team members to ensure smooth sales processes and a high lead conversion rate.
Encourage the use of systems like DMS for tracking and reporting leads and updates.
Vehicle Sales:
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with the Head of Sales.
Assist the team in achieving sales and accessory targets through proper training, planning and execution.
Engage directly with customers to convert prospects into buyers when needed.
Ensure a delightful customer experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Analyze lost orders and implement corrective actions to improve sales performance.
Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Management:
Address and resolve customer grievances promptly, ensuring follow-up to prevent repeat issues.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores (CSI) for the team.
Process Adherence:
Ensure team compliance with Royal Enfield's sales process guidelines.
Support inventory tracking and documentation requirements.
People Management:
Oversee team training, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and dealership leadership to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
Who We're Looking For:
Education:
Graduate (Engineering/Management preferred).
Experience:
2+ years in automobile sales.
Profile:
Strong leadership skills, focus on customer experience, and a passion for motorcycles.
