Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Drive the sales van safely on assigned routes and ensure timely product delivery to retailers. Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and new retail customers in the assigned area. Load, unload, and arrange goods in the van according to delivery schedules. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as per company objectives. Collect payments from customers and submit them to the office as per policy. Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and inventory in the van. Ensure proper vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with transport regulations. Report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs to the Sales Officer. Manage van stock efficiently and conduct daily stock reconciliation. Support promotional campaigns, product displays, and sampling activities at outlets.

Requirements:



Education:

Minimum SSLC / +2 (Higher Secondary); Diploma or Graduate preferred.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or van sales operations.

License:

Valid LMV/Commercial Driving License.

Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic arithmetic and record-keeping ability. Knowledge of local routes and retail market. Customer-focused and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
