Job Title: Route Manager - Phlebotomy Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Route Manager to handle and coordinate a team of phlebotomists, manage daily route planning, assign bookings, and ensure smooth sample collection operations. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing routes, monitoring team performance, and ensuring timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of phlebotomists for daily operations Plan and optimize route mapping for sample collection Assign daily bookings and schedules to phlebotomists Monitor timely collection and adherence to service timelines Coordinate with customer support and operations team for booking updates Handle team attendance, productivity, and performance tracking Resolve on-ground operational issues and escalations Ensure compliance with company process and quality standards Prepare daily reports on collections, routes, and team performance

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must be from Bangalore or Hyderabad region Willing to relocate and work from Gurgaon office Must have knowledge of Telugu and Tamil Experience in field operations, logistics, or healthcare operations preferred Good communication and team handling skills Basic knowledge of route planning and team coordination

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years experience in operations, logistics, healthcare, or field team management Experience in diagnostic or phlebotomy operations is an added advantage

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
