" -Senior Discipline Lead Engineer (Rotating Equipment & Packages)

Mechanical Engineer with 18+ years of experience in design and detail engineering of Rotating Equipment, Packages such as Centrifugal/ Reciprocating Pumps, Centrifugal / Reciprocating / Screw Compressors, Blowers, Fans, Steam Turbines, Gas Turbine, Gear Box, Lube Oil System, Dry Gas Seals and Supporting System, Mechanical Seals and Flushing Plans, various types of Material Handling Equipment etc. in compliance with international codes and standards, project specifications, & general specifications prevalent in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Chemicals & Other associated industries.

Candidate must possess Strong working knowledge of various International Codes and Client Specifications.

Details:

Leading Rotating Equipment team in execution of projects in the above-mentioned industries. Reviewing Client's technical requirements and specifications and incorporating those into project designs. Preparing Technical Specifications, Datasheets, Material Requisitions, Purchase Requisitions, Performing Vendor Offer Reviews, Technical Bid Evaluation and Vendor Document Reviews. Shall be responsible for resource optimization, timely completion and quality of deliverables of representing teams. Mentoring junior engineers.

Minimum proficiencies and qualifications:

B.E. or B.Tech ( Four Year Degree Course) in Mechanical Engineering. 15 + years of professional experience performing design and detailed engineering of Rotary Equipment and Packages as mentioned above. Good communication and leadership skills to lead global teams. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Self Motivated and willingness to take efforts to ensure positive results. Working knowledge of design codes including API Codes. Knowledge of various Client's Specifications such as that of ADNOC, PDO, EIL, Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, BP etc. will be preferred. Knowledge of Rotor dynamics, Pulsation Analysis, HAZOP/ Design Reviews/ HAZID/ 3-D Model Reviews. Witnessed MRT/ Performance Test/ String Test of Compressors/ Pumps at Vendor's Works. Co-ordination with Multi-disciplines, Vendors, Clients, Inspectors and Site Teams. Knowledge of various Water/ Effluent Treatment/ Utility Packages. Previous experience at EPC company is preferred."
