The expert team leverages advanced technology and modern software to implement cutting-edge architectural planning and design concepts.JOB BRIEF: About the Role:We are looking for an experienced NRI Sourcing Manager who has a strong network of NRI Channel Partners (CPs) and a proven record of generating business through NRI channels. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in building, managing, and activating NRI CP relationships, especially in GCC, UK, US, Singapore, and Australia NRI markets.Key Responsibilities:- Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with NRI Channel Partners across international markets.- Identify, onboard, and activate new NRI CPs to drive consistent business growth.- Generate qualified NRI leads and ensure conversions through active partner engagement.- Conduct regular follow-ups, virtual meetings, webinars, and business discussions with global CP networks.- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth flow of leads and closures.- Maintain CP performance reports, track business contribution, and optimize productivity.- Plan and execute NRI-focused campaigns, events, and partner engagement activities.- Ensure strong market understanding of NRI buyer behavior, investment requirements, and expectations.Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 4 years of experience in NRI CP sourcing, NRI channel development, or international real estate partnerships.- Must have active and functional connections with NRI Channel Partners who have delivered business.- Strong knowledge of international NRI markets and NRI investment trends.- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to handle pressure, meet monthly business targets, and maintain high partner satisfaction.Preferred:- Experience working with developers in Mumbai or India-focused NRI markets.- Exposure to Dubai, Qatar, Oman, UK, US, or Singapore NRI CP networks.- Proven track record of sourcing high-value NRI deals through partner channels.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing real estate brand.- Direct access to high-value NRI market networks.- Performance-driven environment with strong growth opportunities.Website: https://www.roswalt.com/about.php (ref:updazz.com)
