About the Role



We are seeking an experienced

Roster & Relationship Officer

to support an Australian disability and community services organisation.
This offshore role involves daily staff rostering, coordinating with clients and support workers, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an early-morning shift aligned with Australian operations.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate day-to-day staff rosters for At-Home support services Match and roster staff based on client needs and service schedules Ensure all rostering complies with internal policies and procedures Allocate resources efficiently to support service delivery Maintain strong relationships with clients, support workers, and internal teams Handle calls and emails professionally and promptly Resolve rostering or service-related issues quickly and effectively Maintain accurate records and provide admin support Perform additional duties as required

Skills & Experience Required



Essential:



Minimum

2 years

experience in Call Centre / Customer Service roles At least

1 year

experience as a Roster Officer (preferably international or Community/Disability sector) Strong understanding of rostering and workforce coordination Excellent English communication (verbal and written) Strong customer service and telephone etiquette Good administrative skills and ability to work in a team Mandatory shift:

5:00 AM - 2:00 PM IST

Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, typing, and data entry

Desirable:



Basic understanding of the Australian Disability Sector / NDIS Experience working with Australian clients or offshore teams Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Self-motivated, flexible, and professional
