to manage daily scheduling and facility operations for our disability support services
aligned with Australian clients.
This role is ideally suited for a
candidate
with
strong English communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience in roster and shift coordination.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
? Roster Management
Prepare and
maintain daily, weekly, and monthly rosters
for support workers
Coordinate shift changes, replacements, and ensure shift coverage
at all times
Communicate roster updates and changes to staff
in a timely manner
Track staff availability, leave, and attendance
? Facility Coordination
Oversee
day-to-day operations
and
logistics across SIL, SDA, and respite homes
Ensure
smooth coordination of appointments, home maintenance, utilities, and supply management
Liaise with team members
in Australia to
provide remote support for facility-related tasks
? Communication & Documentation
Communicate effectively
with team members, support staff, and management in fluent English
Maintain accurate records
of shift logs, communications, and scheduling documentation
Prepare and update Excel reports
related to staffing and facility schedules
Excellent verbal and written communication
in English
Strong command
of Microsoft Excel (scheduling, formulas, formatting)
Minimum 1 year of experience
in roster/facility coordination or similar role
Ability to handle pressure
and multitask effectively
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and improve reporting processes.
Team Player:
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams across time zones.
