Job Details:
Department: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
Vertical: DSA (Direct Sales Agent) and Open Market
Location: Noida
Compensation:
RO/RM: Up to 2.9 LPA
BSM: Up to 4 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
RO & RM:
Acquire new clients and maintain relationships.
Assist clients in understanding and selecting home loan and LAP products.
Drive sales through open-market channels.
BSM:
Manage branch operations and lead the sales team.
Develop and implement strategies to meet branch sales targets.
Foster partnerships with DSAs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Minimum Graduate
Experience: Relevant experience in the home loan and LAP sector is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, sales acumen, and client relationship management.
