What You'll Be Doing

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails & Elixir Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs Collaborate closely with frontend, AI/ML, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions Ensure code quality through testing, best practices, and deployment strategies Optimize database queries to improve efficiency and ensure data security Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems when required Participate in architecture discussions and influence key technical decisions

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails and Elixir Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integrations Good knowledge of frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
