Make beds, organize furniture, and ensure rooms are welcoming and presentable.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets.
Cleaning Public Areas:
Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms.
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum as necessary.
Laundry and Linen Management:
Collect and deliver laundry from guest rooms or public spaces.
Fold and organize linens, towels, and other supplies.
Stocking and Replenishment:
Ensure all housekeeping carts are properly stocked with cleaning supplies, toiletries, linens, and towels.
Report any shortages to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Guest Interaction:
Address guest requests for additional items, such as towels, toiletries, or bedding.
Notify the appropriate personnel of any guest complaints, maintenance issues, or damage in rooms.
Health and Safety:
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including handling cleaning chemicals properly and maintaining safe working conditions.
Follow all hotel policies related to cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene.
Inventory Management:
Keep track of housekeeping supplies and report when stock needs to be replenished.
Handle cleaning equipment and tools responsibly, ensuring proper storage and care.
Adherence to Company Standards:
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Follow specific cleaning procedures based on guest requirements or hotel guidelines.
