Job Responsibilities 1. To abide by the mission statement of the hotel, the department and the respective section. 2. You will be required to work in shifts. 3. Taking orders, handling queries & taking reservations. 4. Setting up buffet counters on time and replenish as and when required. 5. Cross-selling whenever there is an option. 6. Providing quick and personalized services to the guests. 7. You will have to maintain pleasant and obliging manners towards the guest and pay prompt attention to them. 8. You should be conversant with the menu. 9. You must punch in the correct items from orders placed by the esteemed guests in the software being used in the Restaurant. 10.
