Job Overview

We are looking for a

well-spoken and well-groomed Room Service Attendant

with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle in-room dining orders efficiently, maintain service standards, and ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Take and deliver room service orders promptly and accurately. Communicate politely and clearly with guests while taking orders (in person or over the phone). Set up trays or trolleys neatly and deliver food and beverages in a professional manner. Ensure timely clearance of trays and crockery after service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the room service area. Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for smooth operations. Handle billing and ensure guest signatures for all orders. Attend to any special guest requests or complaints courteously and efficiently. Follow hotel SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and grooming standards at all times.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
