to join our team. The ideal candidate must be confident, customer-focused, and capable of handling reservation operations smoothly. Fluency in

English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam

, and

Kannada

will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell all

tie-up hotels and resorts

Generate revenue through direct sales, B2B, OTA, corporate clients, and travel partners. Provide accurate information on room availability, pricing, and packages. Manage bookings, cancellations, amendments, and special requests.. Ensure high standards of customer service and timely response to guest queries. Upsell rooms, packages, and services to maximize revenue. Handle complaint resolution professionally and promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in a similar role. Excellent communication skills in

English , Hindi

Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada

is an added qualification Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) preferred. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
