Key responsibilities of a room attendant:

Cleaning guest rooms: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, replacing towels, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming floors. Replenishing supplies: Stock guest rooms with fresh amenities like toiletries, coffee, and water. Maintaining cleanliness in common areas: Clean hallways, public spaces, and guest room entrances. Reporting maintenance issues: Identify and report any maintenance concerns within guest rooms to the appropriate personnel. Guest interaction: Greet guests, answer questions, and address any concerns related to room cleanliness. Following cleaning procedures: Adhere to established cleaning standards and protocols set by the hotel. Attention to detail: Ensure all aspects of the room are clean and well-maintained, paying close attention to small details. Inventory management: Maintain accurate linen and supply inventory within assigned rooms.
Required skills for a room attendant:

Cleaning expertise: Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning chemicals Customer service skills: Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Physical stamina: Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift Attention to detail: Ability to focus on small details to ensure a high level of cleanliness Time management: Efficiently manage workload and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes Basic communication skills: Ability to understand and respond to guest requests

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
