Primary Responsibilities:1. Room Cleaning: - Clean, dust, and polish furniture; vacuum and wash carpets, rugs, and draperies. - Sanitize bathrooms and restock them with toiletries, towels, and other supplies. - Change bed linens, make beds, and replace dirty bedding.2. Guest Interaction: - Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries. - Address guest complaints effectively or report them to supervisors when needed.3. Maintenance: - Report any maintenance issues or damages to hotel management. - Ensure appliances, fixtures, and room amenities are in working order.4. Quality Assurance: - Perform room inspections to uphold luxury standards. - Adhere to safety, quality, and cleanliness protocols consistently.5. Supplies Management: - Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and linen inventories. - Prepare room service folders and other guest materials.6. Team Collaboration: - Communicate effectively with front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.# Additional Duties:- Assist with turndown service, special requests, or VIP setups.- Participate in training and development programs to maintain service excellence.- Uphold hotel guidelines and grooming standards.# Qualifications:- Previous experience in housekeeping in luxury settings is mandatory- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- - Personal Attributes:- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.- Discreet and respectful of guest privacy.- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement.- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
