Dust and polish all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors.
Empty trash cans and ashtrays.
Bed and linen care:
Change bed linens and make beds.
Replace used towels with fresh ones.
Restocking supplies:
Restock amenities such as toiletries (shampoo, soap), drinking glasses, and coffee or tea supplies.
Replenish mini-bar items if applicable.
Maintenance and safety:
Report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or safety hazards, to management.
Ensure the room is set up properly and is a safe environment before a new guest arrives.
Guest services:
Greet guests and respond to their requests or answer their questions.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
