Key Responsibilities

Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities. Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors. Restock supplies such as toiletries, water, and tea/coffee. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Handle guests' requests politely and efficiently. Ensure lost and found items are reported properly. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
