Room Attendant
to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, ensuring guest comfort, satisfaction, and a luxury experience aligned with the brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms promptly and thoroughly according to hotel standards.
Make beds, change linens, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms.
Replenish amenities, towels, and other room supplies as per the set procedures.
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost & found items to the supervisor.
Ensure all equipment and cleaning materials are used safely and stored properly.
Respect guests' privacy and preferences; adhere to "Do Not Disturb" policies.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper chemical handling.
Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantry and trolleys.
Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
Requirements:
Hotel Managemnet Degree / Diploma preferred.
Prior experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel is an added advantage.
Good physical stamina and ability to work on feet for long periods.
Basic understanding of housekeeping practices and cleaning techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Pleasant personality, grooming standards, and guest-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
