Job Summary:

The Room Service Boy is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly, courteously, and efficiently. They ensure guest satisfaction through professional service and maintain cleanliness and order in the room service area.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms accurately and on time. Ensure all trays and trolleys are properly set up before delivery. Greet guests politely and maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Present the bill and collect payments as per hotel policy. Retrieve trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the room service station, trolleys, and equipment. Report guest complaints or special requests to the supervisor immediately. Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and grooming standards. Support other F&B operations when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

10th / 12th pass or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in hotel room service or F&B service preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Polite, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
