Job Description

Clean and Sanitize:

Clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms, including dusting furniture, wiping surfaces, and polishing fixtures. Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and wash windows. Sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and bathtubs.

Manage Linens and Supplies:

Change bed linens and make beds. Replenish guest supplies such as towels, toiletries, and coffee or tea supplies. Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.

Maintain Standards and Report Issues:

Ensure all rooms are cleaned to high hotel standards. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or broken items to the appropriate department. Keep public areas like hallways and stairways clean and unobstructed.

Provide Guest Service:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously. Protect guest privacy and security at all times.

Operational Tasks:

Dispose of trash, soiled linens, and other waste from rooms. Check all appliances, electronics, and light fixtures to ensure they are in working order and replace bulbs as needed. Sort and count linen and towels for laundry services.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
