Metro Global Solution Center (MGSC) is internal solution partner for METRO, a EUR31 Billion international wholesaler with operations in more than 30 countries. The store network comprises a total of 623 stores in 21 countries, of which 522 offer out-of-store delivery (OOS), and 94 dedicated depots. In 12 countries, METRO runs only the delivery business by its delivery companies (Food Service Distribution, FSD).
HoReCa and Traders are core customer groups of METRO. The HoReCa section includes hotels, restaurants, catering companies as well as bars, cafes and canteen operators. The Traders section includes small grocery stores and kiosks. The majority of all customer groups are small and medium-sized enterprises as well as sole traders. METRO helps them manage their business challenges more effectively.
MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Dusseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide HR, Finance, IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day. • Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to the data quality. Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
• Assists in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.
• Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
• Good computer and business solutions software skills.
• This position will support operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization.
• Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.

• Should have Good Romanian language communication skills (read, write and speak)
• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Good Communication skill in Romanian language (Certification Required B2.1 & above)
• Should be able to understand and respond as per process requirement.
• Strong English-speaking skills.
