Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Set up and operate

rolling mill machines

to process metal (e.g., steel, alloy, or aluminum) into required shapes, sizes, and thicknesses. Interpret

technical drawings, blueprints, and rolling schedules

to ensure products meet engineering specifications. Monitor machine parameters, including

roll speed, pressure, and temperature

, adjusting settings as necessary for optimal performance. Inspect finished components for

dimensional accuracy, surface finish

, and overall quality using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation and minimize machine downtime. Record daily production data, material usage, and any deviations from standard processes. Work closely with the

quality assurance

and

maintenance teams

to resolve production issues. Ensure compliance with

company safety policies and manufacturing standards

. Maintain a

clean and organized work area

and participate in regular housekeeping and safety audit
