: Minimum 20 Years

Reporting To

: Plant Director / COO

Key Qualifications & Requirements

:

Education

: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production Engineering

Experience

:

Minimum

20 years

in

Block Rolling Mill

operations At least

8 years

in a

leadership/head role

managing Rolling Mill operations Must have

hands-on experience

in:

Pass design

for rolling mills

Operation and maintenance

of both

Block Mill

and

120-meter mill

Managing a team and achieving production KPIs Prior experience in a

reputed steel plant in India

is

mandatory.

Should be

technically sound

with process improvements, cost control, and downtime minimization.

Must have a valid

Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate

Passport

is mandatory.

A technically skilled and experienced Rolling Mill Head who has managed high-capacity rolling units with a strong background in

pass design

mill operation

,

preventive maintenance

, and

people management

.
