We are seeking an experienced

MES Engineer

with

10-15 years of proven expertise in the Pharma domain

, specializing in

Rockwell MES solutions

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting MES applications to meet regulatory and business requirements. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with automation systems, ERP, and other manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and deploy Rockwell MES solutions within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, S88 Batch Standard and other regulatory standards. Collaborate with automation, IT, and process engineering teams for end-to-end system integration. Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and validation activities. Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of MES systems and processes.

Requirements:

10-15 years of hands-on experience in MES implementation within the Pharma domain. Strong expertise in Rockwell MES (FactoryTalk Production Centre or equivalent). In-depth understanding of pharma manufacturing processes and validation practices. Knowledge of integration with ERP, LIMS, and automation systems. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
