About the Role




Capgemini Engineering is looking for an experienced MES Modeler with expertise in Rockwell FactoryTalk Pharma Suite (FTPS) to join our Life Sciences team. This role involves designing and configuring Electronic Batch Records (EBRs), integrating MES with enterprise systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Recipe Development & Configuration


Design and configure EBRs using Rockwell FTPS.


Collaborate with operations, validation, and SME teams to gather requirements.


Troubleshoot and resolve issues during PI validation.


Enable review-by-exception through robust recipe implementation.




MES Implementation & Integration


Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control systems.


Validate recipes with internal and site teams.




Documentation & Compliance


Document MES configurations and validate EBRs.


Ensure compliance with FDA and GMP guidelines.


Maintain documentation aligned with Life Sciences validation processes.




Project Coordination


Provide regular updates to Project Managers.


Coordinate with vendors during upgrades.


Facilitate meetings and track action items.




Technical Skills


Proficiency in SQL, VB6, C#, and .NET.


Strong understanding of SDLC and support methodologies.




Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years of work experience)


5+ years of hands-on experience with Rockwell FTPS MES in a Life Sciences environment


Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and shop floor processes


Excellent communication and collaboration skills
