Description:
Advanced hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation platforms and solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of core products such as ControlLogix, FactoryTalk, PlantPAx, RSLogix, Studio 5000, and connected visualization/HMI systems.
Deep understanding of industrial automation system architecture, PLC/DCS/SCADA programming, hardware/software integration, industrial network protocols (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Profinet, etc.), and panel design.
Proven ability to perform advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex control system, communication network, and process automation issues in mission-critical environments.
Strong experience managing incident/ticket lifecycle on plant automation support desks, covering troubleshooting, escalation handling, change management, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and site operational requirements.
Proficiency with ITIL-based support processes (incident, problem, change), and use of service management/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar.
