Job Description

A STEM Trainer, in the context of education and training, is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering programs related to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). They aim to enhance participants' knowledge, skills, and understanding in these fields.

Deliver engaging and practical STEM training sessions in schools, camps, or training centers. Implement and adapt STEM curriculum aligned with learning objectives and student needs. Encourage active participation through experiments, group activities, and project-based learning. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Maintain training logs, attendance, and student performance records.
