Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Robotics Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs focused on robotics technology and automation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help develop the skills of employees at all levels, including freshers, by providing the necessary training in both theoretical and practical aspects of robotics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics systems, programming languages, and automation, with a passion for educating and mentoring others. Freshers are welcome, and comprehensive training will be provided to get you up to speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Deliver Training Programs: Lead training sessions covering various aspects of robotics technologies, including hardware setup, robotic systems programming (e.g., Python, ROS), automation systems, and industry-specific applications (e.g., manufacturing, logistics).*

Conduct Training Needs Assessments: Evaluate employees' current skills and identify knowledge gaps in robotics. Tailor training programs to meet the unique needs of individuals or teams, including newcomers or those new to the field.*

Develop Training Materials: Create and update training manuals, e-learning modules, video tutorials, and hands-on exercises to facilitate a clear understanding of robotics systems and their practical applications.*

Hands-on Training: Provide practical, hands-on training using various robotics platforms (e.g., robotic arms, mobile robots, sensors, PLCs) to ensure employees can troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize these systems effectively.*

Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor the success of training programs through performance metrics, feedback, and follow-up assessments, ensuring knowledge retention and application in real-world scenarios.*

Stay Current with Robotics Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest advancements in robotics, automation, AI, and machine learning. Incorporate these technologies and best practices into the training programs to maintain relevance in an evolving technological landscape.*

Collaboration with Business Units: Work closely with department heads and technical leaders to align training objectives with organizational goals, ensuring that the training directly supports the company's success in robotics and automation.*
