Relevant certifications in specific robot brands (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots, Yaskawa, Kawasaki) are highly desirable. Formal training or certification in adult education or instructional design is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 -5 years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., welding, assembly, material handling, pick-and-place, collaborative robots) in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven experience in programming, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting robotic systems.

Demonstrable experience teaching and training both students (e.g., academic, vocational, high school) and adult professionals (e.g., industry students/trainees, technicians, engineers).

Significant experience in delivering industry-specific training within manufacturing, automation, or a related technical sector.

Proven experience in developing and writing compelling technical proposals for training programs, projects, or grants.

Experience working on international projects or with diverse global teams is highly preferred.

Prior experience in a dedicated training, teaching, or instructional role is essential, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control systems. Proficiency in robot programming languages (e.g., KAREL, RAPID, TP, VAL, URScript, C++, Python for robotics). Familiarity with various robot brands and their programming environments. Understanding of PLC programming and integration with robotic systems. Knowledge of robotic safety standards and risk assessment procedures. Familiarity with vision systems, grippers, and other robotic peripherals.
