Job Summary:

Prathyusha Engineering College is looking for an experienced and passionate

Robotics Trainer

with a background in

Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering

. The trainer will be responsible for handling robotics and

PLC automation training

for students, managing lab activities, and supporting project-based learning in the field of automation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on

Robotics, Automation, PLC, SCADA, and Control Systems

. Train students on programming and operation of

industrial robots, sensors, and actuators

. Manage and maintain robotics & automation lab equipment and ensure smooth lab functioning. Develop hands-on training modules on

PLC Automation (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi)

. Guide students in developing robotics-based projects and innovative prototypes. Assist in setting up experiments and demonstrations for research and academic activities. Keep updated with the latest trends in

Industrial Automation, IoT, and Mechatronics

. Collaborate with faculty to conduct workshops, hackathons, and skill development programs.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of

PLC Programming, SCADA, and HMI systems

. Hands-on experience in

Robotics, Sensors, Embedded Systems, and Control Circuits

. Familiarity with

Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and Microcontroller-based Systems

. Good understanding of

Mechatronics Integration and Industrial Automation

. Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech in

Electrical & Electronics Engineering

or

Mechatronics Engineering

. M.E / M.Tech in a relevant field will be an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 5 years

of experience in Robotics / Industrial Automation / PLC Training.

Remuneration:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
