As a Robotics Trainer cum Project Developer, you will be responsible for training fresher on coding languages and technologies, and also need assist Senior Research engineer to develop some industrial projects. You will develop training materials and resources to support the learning process and evaluate the progress of trainees to ensure their success. Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct training sessions on coding languages and technologies, such as Python, Java, robotics etc., for trainees \xef\x82\xb7 Help students to develop coding projects, providing guidance and support throughout the development process \xef\x82\xb7 Develop training materials and resources, such as slides, exercises, and quizzes, to support the learning process \xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate the progress of trainees and provide feedback and support to ensure their success \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure the training program meets the needs of the trainees and the organization \xef\x82\xb7 Stay up-to-date with the latest coding languages and technologies and adjust the training program accordingly \xef\x82\xb7 Foster a positive learning environment that promotes active engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, ECE, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field \xef\x82\xb7 Passion for coding, robotics and helping others learn \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner \xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational and time-management skills \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in developing coding projects is a plus \xef\x82\xb7 Certification in relevant programming languages or technologies is a plus If you are a recent graduate or a fresher with a passion for coding and helping others learn, and have experience in developing coding projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
