Job Description

Job Summary:

The Robotics Teacher will be responsible for teaching robotics, coding, and related STEM concepts to students as per the ICSE curriculum and the school's enrichment programs. The teacher should foster innovation, logical thinking, and hands-on learning through projects, experiments, and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging robotics and coding lessons for students from primary to high school levels. Teach programming concepts using suitable platforms (e.g., LEGO, Arduino, Scratch, Tinkercad, Raspberry Pi, etc.). Develop innovative lesson plans and project-based learning modules aligned with ICSE standards. Guide students in designing, building, and programming robots. Encourage participation in robotics competitions, exhibitions, and science fairs. Maintain and manage robotics lab equipment, tools, and safety standards. Integrate robotics and coding with science and mathematics concepts to promote interdisciplinary learning. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Support extracurricular clubs and innovation activities related to STEM and robotics. Stay updated with new technologies, teaching tools, and robotics education trends.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (ECE / EEE / CSE / Mechatronics) or equivalent. B.Ed. preferred (for ICSE compliance). Prior experience in teaching robotics, coding, or STEM education (school or training institute). Knowledge of programming languages like Python, C++, or block-based coding tools. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Creative, innovative, and passionate about technology and education.

Work Schedule:

Full-time (as per school timetable and academic calendar).

Salary:

As per school norms and experience level.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
