Key Responsibilities
Lead robotics training programs for students at advanced levels (school/college/institute).
Design, develop, and implement advanced robotics curriculum and project-based learning modules.
Mentor and supervise junior trainers/instructors to ensure quality training delivery.
Guide students in complex robotics projects, automation systems, AI, IoT, and mechatronics applications.
Prepare teams for national and international robotics competitions and hackathons.
Collaborate with academic leadership to integrate robotics into STEM/STEAM curriculum.
Conduct workshops, faculty development programs, and outreach activities.
Ensure proper maintenance, upgrading, and effective use of robotics lab infrastructure.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation; incorporate innovations into training.
Build industry and academic partnerships to enhance robotics exposure and opportunities.
Required Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of robotics, embedded systems, AI, IoT, automation, and mechanical prototyping.
Strong programming expertise (Python, C/C++, Java, ROS, Scratch, MATLAB, etc.).
Hands-on experience with robotics kits (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO, VEX, etc.) and industrial robotics platforms.
Familiarity with CAD tools, 3D printing, and sensor/actuator integration.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, innovation, and project management abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional certifications in Robotics, Automation, or AI (preferred).
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in robotics training, research, or industry application.
Proven track record in mentoring students for robotics projects/competitions.
