Job Description

Job Title: Robotics Programming Engineer | Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

? Program, configure, and troubleshoot industrial robots (e.g., KUKA, FANUC,

ABB, Yaskawa).

? Develop robotic paths and sequences for welding, pick-and-place, assembly,

painting, palletizing, or other applications.

? Integrate robotic systems with PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, and safety

components.

? Perform cycle time analysis, optimization, and system tuning.

? Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning on-site and at

customer facilities.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop system architecture and

integration plans.

? Maintain documentation for programs, robot configurations, and system

layouts.

? Train maintenance and operations staff on proper use and troubleshooting of

robotic systems.

? Stay current with industry trends, robotics technologies, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

? Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or

related field.

? 2+ years of experience in industrial robot programming and integration.

? Proficiency in one or more robot programming environments (e.g., FANUC

TP, ABB RAPID, KUKA KRL, Yaskawa INFORM).

? Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems.

? Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, servo systems, and safety

devices.

? Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

? Willingness to travel as needed for commissioning.

? Knowledge and experience in communication/fieldbus protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,846.90 - ₹42,168.42 per month
