We are looking for an experienced Robot Programmer with hands-on expertise in UR (Universal
Robots), KUKA, and Fanuc robots. The ideal candidate should be capable of robot programming,
teaching, troubleshooting, and independently managing on-site projects. Strong customer interaction
skills and flexibility to travel are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and optimize programs for
UR, KUKA, and Fanuc
robots.
Perform
robot teaching
, path adjustments, calibration, and cycle time improvements.
Conduct
on-site installation, commissioning, and validation
of robotic systems.
Coordinate with customers to understand project requirements and provide solutions.
Troubleshoot robot issues and ensure smooth operation during production.
Train operators and maintenance teams on robot functionality and safety.
Prepare documentation, project reports, and maintain technical records.
Travel to client sites and stay as required for project execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in robot programming and teaching.
Strong practical knowledge of
UR, KUKA, and Fanuc
robot programming interfaces.
Understanding of automation concepts, robot integration, and safety standards.
Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle customers confidently.
Willingness to travel frequently and stay at sites as per project needs.
Preferred Expertise:
Experience with PLC integration, vision systems, and automation hardware.
Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or automation industries.
