Company: Seven Robotics Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Robotics Navigation Engineer to join our dynamic team at Seven Robotics. As a Navigation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge robot path planning and navigation technologies. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement path planning and navigation systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and prioritise key aspects of development. Develop optimised and scalable algorithms for motion planning. Troubleshoot and debug robotics systems to optimise performance and reliability. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in robotics technologies and propose innovative ideas. Requirements: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and implementing path planning and navigation algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB. Strong knowledge of robotics algorithms, control systems, and sensor integration. Familiarity and experience with industry standard planners A*, Hybrid A* and SBPL. Good understanding of Teb and DWA/DWB controllers, with hands on experience in deploying and tuning these for multi robot systems Experience with robotic hardware, sensors, and actuators. Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, V-REP). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex projects. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred: Experience with industrial robotics or autonomous systems. Familiarity with computer vision and perception algorithms.
