Job Title: Service Engineer - Robotics | Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Industrial Robotics Engineer to join

our automation engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the

design, integration, programming, and maintenance of robotic systems used in

manufacturing and industrial applications. This role demands strong technical

knowledge of automation systems, robotics, and control systems, as well as hands-on

experience with industrial robot arms and PLCs.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design and develop robotic systems and automated machinery for industrial

applications.

? Program and integrate industrial robots (KUKA, FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa) into

automated production lines.

? Develop and implement motion control algorithms, path planning, and cycle-

time optimization.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software, and

production) to develop turnkey automation solutions.

? Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing robotic systems and related

automation equipment.

? Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for robotic

implementations.

? Ensure systems comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and client

specifications.

? Support installation, commissioning, and post-installation service at client sites,

including occasional travel.

? Create detailed documentation, including system architecture, user manuals,

and maintenance protocols.

Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical

Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

? 5+ years of experience in industrial robotics or automation engineering.

? Proficiency in robot programming languages

? Hands-on experience with PLC programming and HMI integration.

? Familiarity with CAD tools for mechanical design

? Knowledge of industrial communication protocols

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of

a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,846.90 - ₹42,168.42 per month
