Job Summary:

The Robotics Engineer will be responsible for Teaching and implementing robotic systems and automated solutions to optimize production efficiency, accuracy, and safety within Automation industrial environments.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics and automation technologies into existing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and program robotic systems, robotic arms, and automation solutions. Develop system architecture, motion control, and robotic algorithms for industrial automation. Integrate sensors, actuators, vision systems, and PLCs into robotic systems. Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new automation projects. Develop and optimize robotic simulation and offline programming using software such as

RoboDK, Fanuc Roboguide, ABB RobotStudio, or KUKA Sim

. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure smooth integration. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance. Maintain and update technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and system manuals. Provide technical support, training, and guidance to production and maintenance teams. Research and evaluate emerging robotics technologies for process improvement and cost reduction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

2-5 years (for mid-level) / 5+ years (for senior role) in industrial automation or robotics applications.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of

robot programming

(Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, or Universal Robots). Familiar with

PLC/HMI programming

(Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron). Experience in

CAD design

and

robot simulation software

. Understanding of

machine vision systems

and

AI-based automation

is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Project management and documentation capabilities.
