Job Description

Responsible for planning, optimizing and supervising manufacturing operations at

Robotic Workstations/Cells to achieve daily production schedule in a given shift. In

addition, responsible for maintaining all the MIS related to production and ISO

documentation

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work with Process Engg team for smooth productionisation of new products on

Robotic/SPM workstations

2. Preparing shopfloor work instruction and SOP

3. Work allocation with respect to man-machine method as per daily plan

4. To ensure proper communication flow to the team, across shift and functions as

applicable

5. Training and developing workmen on 5S and other lean techniques inside

shopfloor

6. To meet or exceed the manufacturing targets of P, Q, C, D, S targets assigned

7. Preparation of daily production reports as defined in the manufacturing modules

8. Responsible for daily MIS related to production, Manpower & consumable

consumption

9. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards required of

SPM / Robotic Workstations.

10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
