Key Responsibilities
Design and develop robotic automation systems for industrial/manufacturing applications.
Program, configure, and integrate industrial robots (ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, etc.) with automation equipment.
Develop control strategies using
PLC, SCADA, and HMI
for seamless automation.
Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and proof-of-concept for automation solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) for system integration.
Implement machine vision, AI, and sensor-based automation for enhanced accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize robotic systems to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with
safety standards (ISO, CE, OSHA)
and industry regulations.
Prepare detailed documentation, training materials, and technical support for end users.
Research and implement the latest advancements in robotics and Industry 4.0 automation.
