As a Robotics Engineer and Trainer at HAWR Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in the development, testing, and deployment of state-of-the-art robotic systems. In addition to engineering responsibilities, you will take a lead role in training programs organised by the company.
Responsibilities:
Robotics Engineering:
Design, develop, and implement robotic systems and solutions to meet specific project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotic components and ensure seamless system functionality.
Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to optimize the performance and reliability of robotic systems.
Training and Documentation:
Develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams and external clients covering the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of robotic systems.
Create clear and concise training materials, manuals, and documentation for various robotic technologies.
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to individuals and groups, both on-site and remotely.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics technology and contribute insights to improve existing systems.
Actively participate in the evaluation and implementation of new tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution.
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in robotics engineering, with a focus on system design and integration.
Strong programming skills, particularly in languages such as Python, C++, or ROS.
Previous experience in developing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
