Job Title:

Robotics & Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Robotics & Automation Engineer to design, program, and integrate robotic systems with industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLC and HMI programming, robotics integration, and a solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Robotics Programming & Integration:

Develop and implement robotic programs for industrial automation. Integrate robots with machines and production lines for seamless operation.

PLC & HMI Programming:

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems for automation processes. Develop HMI interfaces for operator control and monitoring.

Automation Assembly Knowledge:

Work with hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies for automated systems. Implement linear motion and servo motion systems for precision control.

System Testing & Commissioning:

Conduct system testing, debugging, and commissioning of automation projects. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Documentation & Support:

Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and user manuals. Provide training and support to operators and maintenance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in

robotics programming

and

robot-machine integration

. Strong knowledge of

PLC programming

(Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar). Experience in

HMI development

and interface design. Understanding of

hydraulic and pneumatic systems

. Familiarity with

linear motion, servo motion, and automation assemblies

. Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering. Experience with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc.). Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in automation systems.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
