Role Overview

The

Project Engineer

will be responsible for

end-to-end execution of automation and robotics projects

-- from concept design to commissioning. This role involves technical coordination, vendor management, and hands-on involvement in system integration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute automation and robotics projects as per client requirements. Develop project schedules, BOMs, and technical documentation. Work with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to integrate robotic and automation systems. Prepare and review CAD layouts, electrical schematics, and system drawings. Coordinate with vendors for components, fabrication, and assembly. Supervise machine assembly, wiring, and testing at the shop floor. Conduct system trials, debugging, and commissioning at client sites. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards. Communicate with clients for project updates, feedback, and technical clarifications. Support the design and development of new automation concepts and prototypes.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's or Diploma

in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering.

2-5 years

of experience in automation or robotics project execution (freshers with strong technical exposure may also apply). Proficiency in

AutoCAD / SolidWorks

and basic understanding of

PLC programming

or robotic systems. Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, pneumatics, and motion systems. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Added Advantage)

Experience in

robot programming

(ABB, Kawasaki, Fanuc, etc.). Exposure to

vision systems, RFID, and traceability solutions

. Knowledge of

electrical panel design

and

field wiring

. Familiarity with

Industry 4.0

and

IoT-based automation

concepts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹47,679.15 per month
