1. RPA Developer - Fresher (0-2 Years):

We are looking for a motivated RPA Fresher to assist in developing and supporting automation solutions under guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities:

Learn and work on RPA tools (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism) Assist in bot development, testing, and documentation Support bot monitoring and issue resolution Participate in process analysis and automation design

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of RPA concepts Programming basics (.NET / Python preferred) Understanding of SDLC and automation lifecycle Good communication and learning attitude

2. RPA Developer - Mid-Level (3-6 Years):

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to independently design, develop, and deploy automation solutions for business processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop end-to-end RPA solutions Analyze and document business processes Perform testing, deployment, and production support Optimize bot performance and scalability Collaborate with business and IT teams

Skills Required:

Strong experience in UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism Hands-on scripting (.NET / Python / Java) Experience with APIs, databases, and Excel automation Knowledge of exception handling and bot orchestration

3. Senior RPA Developer / RPA Lead (7-10 Years):

We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer to lead automation initiatives, mentor teams, and architect scalable RPA solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead RPA solution design and architecture Review code and enforce RPA best practices Manage end-to-end RPA delivery and governance Mentor junior developers and conduct reviews Drive automation roadmap and innovation (AI/OCR/Process Mining)

Skills Required:

Expert-level RPA development experience Strong architectural and problem-solving skills Experience with Orchestrator, Control Room, or similar tools Exposure to AI/ML, OCR, and cloud automation Excellent stakeholder management skills

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 8 per week
