Develop and implement robot motion programs using languages such as
Python, C++, RAPID, KRL, FANUC TP, ABB

.
Configure, test, and debug robotic systems (industrial arms, mobile robots, autonomous systems, or robotic automation cells).
Integrate robots with sensors, controllers, PLCs, machine vision, and other automation components.
Optimize robot paths, cycle times, and overall system performance.
Calibrate robot hardware and conduct routine maintenance on robotic systems.
Create documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers to design complete automation solutions.
Ensure compliance with
safety
standards and industry regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation, production, or field deployment.
Provide training and technical support to operators and technicians.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with robot programming languages (e.g.,
FANUC TP
,
ABB RAPID
,
KUKA
,
NACHI, YASKAWA, OTC)
Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics hardware, motion control, and kinematics.
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols (Device net, CC link, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical layout documents.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
