We are seeking a skilled

Robot Programmer

with experience in

Yaskawa, Fanuc, and KUKA

robotics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, debugging, and optimizing robotic systems for industrial automation applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and optimize robotic programs for

Yaskawa, Fanuc, and KUKA

robots. Perform robot setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation. Integrate robots with PLCs, vision systems, and other automation equipment. Conduct system testing, debugging, and cycle time optimization. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for robotic systems. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to implement automation solutions. Document programming procedures, modifications, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in programming

Yaskawa, Fanuc, or KUKA

robots. Strong knowledge of robotic programming languages and software (e.g., KRL for KUKA, TP Programming for Fanuc, Motoman INFORM for Yaskawa). Experience with

PLC integration, offline programming, and robotic simulation tools

is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize robotic processes for efficiency and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or associate degree in

Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field

. Experience with

robotic welding, pick-and-place, material handling, or assembly applications

. Knowledge of safety standards related to industrial robotics.
